This series is entitled as “Nature and observation.” In this series, I have attempted to capture the aroma, silence, mild sound, rhythm and beauty of nature and how it looks from the perspective of an observer. The calmness of the nature is eternal. Here, the observer is me who freezes time and motion in these paintings.
I have used Fuji colour on paper. All of the paintings have been painted on A4 size paper and other papers (Size 375mm* 275 mm approx.)
Without observation, art cannot be produced. I look at the objects of nature like birds, sunset, dawn to sing the song of relationship between nature and myself.
‘Fragmentation of dreams’ captures the shape of a dreamy nature.
‘The utopian land’ tells what it means to be a utopian nature/land while ‘The eternal forest’ paints the picture of a forest.
‘Melody of birds’ captures the beauty of the flying birds.
‘Sunrise’ and ‘Dawn’ portrays the silence of the nature.
‘The eternal observer’ tells the story of an observer who stares at nature.
‘Morning Sun (2021)’ depicts the beauty of the sun during the morning sky.
‘The Clouds (2021)’ tries to capture the vanishing, ever fleeting clouds.
‘The Landscape’ portrays the view a landscape from an observer’s point of view.
‘The slope (2020)’ tries to capture the slopes of the mountains.
‘The lonely wolf (2021)’ captures the calmness of a lonesome wolf.
The paintings ‘The group of birds’ (2020), ‘The Blooming buds’, ‘The view of the pond’ (2021), ‘The camels’ (2021), ‘The rose garden’ (2021), ‘Pine trees’ (2021), ‘The dusk’ (2020) capture the beauty of birds, flowers, pond, camels, roses, pine trees and dusk respectively.
‘The storm’ (2020) depicts the stormy sky while ‘Dali’s flowers’ (2020) tries to give a new colour and shade to Salvador Dali’s flowers.
